SITUATION REPORT

Operation Name: Battle of Tulios Bay
Date/Time: April 26, 2025 / 2100 Local Time
Reporting Unit: Task Force Viper
Location: Tulios Bay, Southern Coastline, Virolahti
Report Type: After Action SITREP (AASR)

1. SITUATION OVERVIEW

Tulios Bay was believed to be a quiet coastal checkpoint under VMDF control. At 0415Z, during a routine SSE operation on suspected smuggler infrastructure, TFV elements were ambushed by a coordinated and heavily armed Ashen Collective force.

Enemy combatants exploited terrain and fog cover, launching a multi-directional assault involving infantry, technicals, indirect fire, and tunnel-based flanking elements. The scale and organization of the enemy force indicated a pre-planned trap, likely intended to capture or kill key TFV leadership.

Despite overwhelming odds, TFV personnel held the line for over 35 minutes of continuous combat, allowing for the evacuation of wounded, destruction of critical intel caches, and final exfil by 160th SOAR under fire.

COMMANDER’S NOTES

Tulios Bay proved to be a critical node in the insurgent’s logistical network. The surprise and precision of TFV’s execution rendered the enemy unable to mount a successful counterattack. Local population remained indoors, minimal collateral, no civilian injuries. The recovery of digital devices and chemical manifests confirms that the Bay was not just a supply point — it was a staging ground for asymmetric attacks inland.
