Do I need previous milsim experience?
No. Maturity, reliability, and willingness to learn matter more. The training pipeline gives every recruit a shared baseline.
What kind of player fits the unit?
Someone who communicates, accepts coaching, prepares before events, and cares more about the team than personal highlights.
How active do I need to be?
The main operation is Saturday, with training during the week. Real life comes first; communicate conflicts and be dependable when you commit.
How does member website access work?
